Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with Anchor Point Graphics (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all products, services, and designs purchased through our website or app.

 

2. Products & Services

We provide custom-designed vinyl graphics, decals, and signage based on user-submitted designs through our online design tool.

 

All products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

 

3. Design Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all design details are correct before placing an order.

  • This includes:

    • Spelling

    • Sizing (mm)

    • Colours

    • Layout and positioning

  • Anchor Point Graphics is not responsible for errors in designs submitted by the customer.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

  • Pricing is calculated based on:

    • Length of design

    • Number of colours/layers

    • Labour

    • Shipping

    • Optional services (e.g. installation)

  • Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

 

5. Quotes

  • Quotes are estimates only and may change based on final design specifications.

  • Quotes do not guarantee production until payment is completed.

 

6. Production Time

  • Production times may vary depending on order size and workload.

  • Estimated timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on Australia Post rates.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

8. Installation Services

  • Installation services are available for Perth WA Metro Areas only.

  • Customers selecting installation must provide a valid phone number.

  • We will contact you to arrange installation once your order is ready.

  • Installation pricing is based on job size.

 

9. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products:

    • No refunds or returns are accepted for change of mind.

  • If a product is defective or incorrect due to our error:

    • We will repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion.

 

10. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase.

 

11. Design Files & Intellectual Property

  • Customers retain ownership of their original designs.

  • By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use all content (including fonts, logos, and images).

  • Anchor Point Graphics is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Anchor Point Graphics is not liable for:

    • Incorrect installation by the customer

    • Damage caused during or after application

    • Misuse of products

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

 

13. Accuracy of Colours

  • Colours displayed on screen may vary from actual materials due to screen differences.

  • We aim to match colours as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact matches.
